As obesity in children has risen dramatically in the last decade it is clear that more focus is needed on how much exercise children are taking part in.

As a fully qualified instructor for health-related exercise for children, Chloe enjoys the rewards of teaching children to involve fitness into their lives from a young age as well as seeing them become more confident in themselves and more social with other children.

These sessions can be done as one-to-one personal training or as group sessions. Each focusing on fun and enjoyment so as well as the child increasing their everyday skills, they will be getting the exercise benefits, learning new skills and getting a better understanding about fitness and how important it is to keep fit and healthy for a happier, easier and longer life.
